— reviewing the materials regarding the match of the first round of VBET Ukrainian Premier League FC «Veres» (Rivne) — FC «Karpaty» (Lviv), which took place on August 3, 2024, ordered FC «Veres» (Rivne) to pay a mandatory financial contribution of 60,000 (sixty thousand) hryvnias (for the use by fans of pyrotechnic devices in the amount of twelve units) and ordered FC «Veres» (Rivne) to pay a mandatory financial contribution of 25,000 (twenty-five thousand) hryvnias (for improper actions by fans that violate generally accepted behavior rules at the stadium during the match);

— reviewing the materials regarding the match of the second round of VBET Ukrainian Premier League FC «Veres» (Rivne) — FC «Dynamo» (Kyiv), which took place on August 9, 2024, ordered FC «Veres» (Rivne) to pay a mandatory financial contribution of 25,000 (twenty-five thousand) hryvnias (for the use of obscene chanting directed at the match referee);

— reviewing the materials regarding the match of the second round of VBET Ukrainian Premier League FC «Karpaty» (Lviv) — FC «Kryvbas» (Kryvyi Rih), which took place on August 11, 2024, ordered FC «Karpaty» (Lviv) to pay a mandatory financial contribution of 10,000 (ten thousand) hryvnias (for the second delay in starting the match) and ordered FC «Karpaty» (Lviv) to pay a mandatory financial contribution of 10,000 (ten thousand) hryvnias (for non-compliance by FC «Karpaty» (Lviv) with additional security measures for organizing and conducting football matches in Ukraine under martial law, specifically exceeding the maximum allowed number of spectators at the stadium).

The KDK of the Ukrainian Football Association also initiated proceedings regarding possible violations of the Code of Ethics and Fair Play and the Regulations of the UPL by official representatives of FC «Karpaty» (Lviv) and FC «Kryvbas» (Kryvyi Rih). Considering the need to clarify additional circumstances and conduct a thorough investigation, the decision will be made at one of the upcoming KDK UAF meetings, which will be announced separately;

— reviewing the materials regarding the exclusion of football player Mikhail Kulik from FC «Veres» (Rivne) during a match in the U-19 Championship between FC «Veres» (Rivne) and FC «Dynamo» (Kyiv), which took place on August 8, 2024, suspended the player from participating in matches for three games, one of which is conditional with a probation period of one year (for violent behavior);

— reviewing the materials regarding the exclusion of head coach Oleksandr Dudnik of FC «EMS-Podillya» (Vinnytsia) during a match in the second round of the Ukrainian Women's Premier League between FC «Obolon» (Kyiv) and FC «EMS-Podillya» (Vinnytsia), which took place on August 14, 2024, suspended the head coach from participating in matches for one game (for intentionally leaving the technical area to demonstrate disagreement with an official of the match);

— reviewing the materials regarding the exclusion of head coach Valeriy Krivenkov of FC «Bukovyna» (Chernivtsi) during a match in the second round of the Ukrainian First League between FC «Bukovyna» (Chernivtsi) and FC «Agrobiznes» (Volochysk), which took place on August 17, 2024, suspended the head coach from participating in matches for two games (for intentionally leaving the technical area to demonstrate disagreement with an official of the match);

— reviewing the materials regarding the match in the third round of VBET Ukrainian Premier League between FC «Karpaty» (Lviv) and FC «Dynamo» (Kyiv), which took place on August 17, 2024, ordered FC «Karpaty» (Lviv) to pay a mandatory financial contribution of 25,000 (twenty-five thousand) hryvnias (for the use of obscene chanting directed at the match referee) and ordered FC «Karpaty» (Lviv) to pay a mandatory financial contribution of 100,000 (one hundred thousand) hryvnias and conduct the next match without fans (for repeated non-compliance by FC «Karpaty» (Lviv) with additional security measures for organizing and conducting football matches in Ukraine under martial law, specifically exceeding the maximum allowed number of spectators at the stadium);

— reviewing the materials regarding the exclusion of football player Matviy Burenko from FC «Karpaty» (Lviv) during a match in the U-19 Championship between FC «Karpaty» (Lviv) and FC «Dynamo» (Kyiv), which took place on August 16, 2024, suspended the player from participating in matches for two games (for serious game misconduct);

— reviewing the materials regarding improper behavior of fans of FC «Veres» (Rivne) during a match in the third round of VBET Ukrainian Premier League between FC «Veres» (Rivne) and FC «Kryvbas» (Kryvyi Rih), which took place on August 18, 2024, ordered FC «Veres» (Rivne) to pay a mandatory financial contribution of 50,000 (fifty thousand) hryvnias (for repeated use of obscene chanting directed at the match referee).

The KDK of the Ukrainian Football Association also made several decisions regarding improper behavior by teams during matches in the Cup of Ukraine for the 2024/2025 season (five or more representatives from one team received sanctions from the referee in a single match).

The Ukrainian Football Association once again emphasizes that under martial law, all individuals involved in organizing football matches are required to comply with additional security measures for organizing and conducting football matches in Ukraine under martial law.

Additionally, we inform you that the case regarding violations during and after the match of the 28th round of the U-19 Championship between FC «Shakhtar» (Donetsk) and FC «Dynamo» (Kyiv), which took place on May 10, 2024, will be reviewed at one of the upcoming KDK UAF meetings scheduled for August 29, 2024.
