Kryvbas out of Europa League, will compete in Conference League play-offs after second loss to Viktoria

In the second leg of the UEFA Europa League third qualifying round, Kryvbas Kryvyi Rih faced Viktoria Plzeň.

In the first match in Košice, Yuriy Vernydub's side suffered a 1:2 defeat, meaning they needed to come from behind today to advance to the Europa League play-off round. The first half was a tough battle in the midfield, with few dangerous chances. The Ukrainians had their first opportunity in the 40th minute when Mykytyshyn approached the penalty area and shot straight at the goal. The Czech goalkeeper parried it, and Kuzyk's follow-up volley went just wide.
