Ukraine prepares for UEFA eEuro 2024

On Sunday, July 7, the UEFA eEuro 2024 European Championship will take place in Berlin, Germany.

The final stage of the continental championship, with matches in a 1vs1 format on the FC 24 simulator on the PS5 platform, will feature seven qualification winners and Germany, the host of the tournament. Among Europe's top efootballers is Ukrainian player Andriy CIG_ST92_UA Shakalov.

In total, the finalists of UEFA eEuro 2024 include efootballers from Germany (Umut), Denmark (RBLZ Vejrgang), Ukraine (CIG_ST92_UA), Spain (ADRIANCIFUENTES), Israel (eden_fines12), Italy (Obrun2002), Norway (Res_Andreas), and Turkey (iMertAL).

The tournament bracket for UEFA eEuro 2024 consists of four pairs competing in a Single Elimination playoff format (one knockout match) in Online Friendlies mode. In case of a draw, players will face a second match with the golden goal rule.

Ukraine will start its UEFA eEuro 2024 journey with a match against Denmark. If Andrii CIG_ST92_UA Shakalov wins, he will face the winner of the Spain vs. Israel match in the next round.

"Participating in UEFA eEuro 2024 means a lot to me, as this is the first top-level tournament of my career. It's a great honor for me to represent Ukraine in the most prestigious efootball competitions. I prepared for the European Championship matches using the same system and schedule as in the qualifiers. They worked in the qualifying matches, so I hope to show a worthy game in the final stage," said Ukrainian team player Andriy CIG_ST92_UA Shakalov.

The prize pool for UEFA eEuro 2024 is $100,000.

The UEFA eEuro 2024 European Championship will be broadcast live on the EA SPORTS FC PRO channels on YouTube and Twitch, as well as on UEFA's channels on YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.
