During the main part of the training, the team worked in various groups and formations, following the tasks set by the coaching staff. Both defensive and offensive actions were traditionally practiced, with a focus on finishing — there were plenty of shots on goal. At the end of the session, the players performed physical exercises to aid muscle recovery.
