On May 16 in the village of Mamyivtsi, Chernivtsi Oblast, a sports event took place within the framework of the social project of the Ukrainian Football Association to support the Chernivtsi Oblast Football Association «Open Football Lessons».

Seventy-two young football enthusiasts participated in the event, including children with special educational needs.

Present at the opening were the head of the Chernivtsi Oblast Football Association, Vasyl Orlytsky, his deputy Serhiy Zadorozhnyak, project coordinator in Chernivtsi Oblast Oleksandr Plakhov, head of the education, youth and sports department Raisa Ravliuk, head of the physical culture and sports department of Mamyivska village council Roman Dorosh. The event was conducted by students of ChNU under the guidance of candidate of pedagogical sciences, associate professor Serhiy Dariychuk and coaches from the Mamyivska Children's Sports School.

The schoolchildren had a nice time outdoors, received an energy boost and satisfaction, and took one step closer to football. Participants in the project were presented with footballs, t-shirts, and diplomas.
