Ukrainian Women's First League Championship. "Sisters" (Odessa) — finalists winners
On May 21 and 23, the finals of the 2023/2024 Ukrainian First League women's team championship took place.

The season project anticipated the participation of 16 teams, which played in two stages.
Group stage. The Ukrainian First League championship was held under a round-robin system in two rounds, at home and away, in two groups — A and B.
Final stage. The top two teams from each of the A and B groups advanced to the playoff stage for determining the winners of the First League: semi-finals (A1—B2, B1—A2), followed by a final and a match for third place.
Based on the results of 14 played rounds in the group stage, the best teams in the groups were: «Minay» (Minay), «Polesia» (Zhytomyr), «Sisters» (Odessa), «Obolon» (Kyiv).
These four teams played for the championship titles and the right to continue their fight for promotion on May 21st and 23rd. All matches of the final stage took place in Kyiv at NTK named after V. Bannikov.
In the semi-finals, «Obolon» defeated «Minay» — 2:1, and «Sisters» crushed «Polesia» — 4:1. In the decisive encounter, the Odessites took the upper hand over the Kyivans — 2:0. In a dramatic match for third place, «Minay» squeezed past «Polesia» in extra time — 4:3.
So, «Sisters» claim the championship and a direct promotion to the higher league, while «Obolon» and «Minay» will participate in the playoff for the right to be promoted.

Based on the results of the Ukrainian First League championship for the season-2023/2024, the team that secured first place has earned the right to be promoted and play in the Ukrainian Women's Championship of the higher league for the 2024/2025 season.
The teams finishing tenth and eleventh in the higher league, as well as those finishing second and third in the First League, will participate in playoff matches to determine their right to compete in the Ukrainian Women's Championship of the higher league for the 2024/2025 season. The playoff stage consists of two matches (June 1st and June 6th) — home and away (10V—3P, 11V—2P).
