Sales of tickets for the final of the Vbet Cup of Ukraine season-2023/2024 between "Vorskla" (Poltava) and "Shakhtar" (Donetsk) begin on May 1. The match will take place on May 15.

Tickets can be purchased at the website kasa.in.ua.

Sales conditions:

— one person may purchase no more than four tickets;

— before completing the payment procedure, a fan chooses to receive the tickets electronically, pick them up at MBK counters or have them delivered to a "Nova Poshta" branch;

— a fan buys a ticket for a specific section, row, and seat;

— tickets are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged;

— alongside online sales, the sale of tickets will also take place at MBK counters;

— tickets can be electronic or paper (if purchased or picked up from MBK counters);

— if a ticket is lost, no duplicate will be issued and the money will not be refunded.

In case of problems with access to the stadium, fans should contact service centers organized on match day. When contacting a service center, it is mandatory to have an identification document and your ticket.

Upon entering the stadium, each fan will be given a bracelet to wear on their wrist.

In case of air raid alert, the match is suspended, all fans go into shelters. After the end of the air raid alert, fans can return to the stands by presenting the bracelet on their wrist to stewards. In case of rescheduling the match for the next day, fans must keep the bracelet and ticket if they plan to attend the rescheduled match.
