We remind you that in the first stage, 12 teams competed in a round-robin format. The sports results achieved during the first stage are preserved.

Based on the results of the first stage, two groups of six teams each were formed according to their standings. These teams will play two more rounds (home and away) until May 25 in accordance with the approved schedule.

Group 1: Positions from 1st to 6th — will determine the champion, prize winners of the Premier League, and two teams that will participate in the UEFA Women's Champions League-2024/2025. Participants: «Krivbas», «Vorskla», «Kolos», «Metalist 1925», «Shakhtar», «Ladomir».

Group 2: Positions from 7th to 12th — will determine the teams that will remain in the Premier League. Participants: «Dnipro-1», «Dynamo», «EMS-Podillia», «Veres», «Panthers», «Mariupol».

The team that finishes in 12th place at the end of the Ukrainian Premier League championship for the season-2023/2024 will move to the First League. The teams finishing in 10th and 11th places will play two relegation matches (home and away) against the third and second-placed teams from the First League, respectively. These matches will take place on June 1st and 6th.
