The blue-and-yellow team, after a stopover in Poznań by bus, reached the town of Opalenica, where they managed to conduct training on an elevated field in the format of game series. And defender Maxim Taloviy shared his impressions from his debut for the national team and the victory over Bosnia and Herzegovina (2:1).

"After a tense match, it's always hard to sleep because adrenaline is off the charts. But my feeling is great because we won, and I made my debut for the national team. This was a big day for me. I felt like the happiest person in the world. Very grateful to the coaching staff for believing in me; that means a lot. I tried to do everything they expected of me."

"At the 80th minute, when we were conceding, I truly believed in victory. We didn't have such high chances anymore, but everyone could see that we controlled the situation and could score. Very happy that it worked out for us,"— said Maxim Taloviy.

As a reminder, the final match of the Euro 2024 playoff between the national teams of Ukraine and Iceland will take place on March 26 at the Tarczynski Arena Wroclaw in Wrocław, Poland, starting at 8:45 PM local time (9:45 PM Kyiv time).
