In the 2024/2025 UEFA Nations League draw, the Ukraine national team landed in Group B1 alongside teams from the Czech Republic, Albania, and Georgia. According to a statement on the official website of the Albanian Football Federation, Silvain's charges will definitely play six matches before their encounter with the Ukrainian national team. If they have a successful group stage performance in Euro 2024, the number of their matches against Ukraine will increase.
