The head coach of the Ukraine national team and vice president of the UAF, Serhiy Rebrov, commented on the draw for the 2024/2025 Nations League, according to which our team will compete against Czech Republic, Albania, and Georgia:

"In fact, I did not expect anything from the Nations League draw because we are currently waiting for the Euro-2024 playoff. After the playoff matches, we will gather information about all these teams. Right now, I believe we should focus on preparing for the March tests."

"I have watched a lot of Czech Republic and Albania, less so — Georgia. Albanians are showing strong football, they deserve to play at Euro. As well as the Czechs, and also Georgians who will be playing in the playoff qualifier. I am sure there will be tough competition in our group."

"Yes, right now we are focused on preparing for the playoffs. But I consider that the Nations League is an important tournament. All teams have a chance to qualify for Euro through it. Previously, friendly matches were held, but now every national team has more significant games."

"Will the task of returning to League A be challenging? Yes."

Regarding participation in the UEFA Congress, I was there as a national team coach. I supported Andriy Mykhailovych, I liked the Congress, everything went according to plan.

As for the work of Ukrainian teams during winter training camps, it was interesting for me as vice president of the UAF to see all the collectives, as much time as I had. I watched not only candidates for the national team but also the preparation of all teams. It is important that we do well in the second half of the Ukrainian championship. That's why I went there not just as a national team coach," — said Serhiy Rebrov.
