According to the approved UEFA Women's Football Committee and ratified by the Executive Committee of the Ukrainian Association of Football Unified Calendar for Women's Football Events in 2024, the first round of the second stage is scheduled for March 20 (base date), while the last round — on May 25.

League Tables and Top Scorers

We remind you that in the first stage, 12 teams competed in a round-robin format. The sporting results achieved during the first stage will be preserved.

Based on the results of the first stage, two groups of six teams each have been formed depending on their positions in the league table. These teams will play two more rounds (home and away) according to the approved calendar.

Group 1: positions from 1st to 6th — will determine the champions and prize winners of the top league, as well as two teams that will participate in the UEFA Women's Champions League-2024/2025. Participants: «Kryvbas», «Vorskla», «Kolos», «Zhiltobud-1», «Shakhtar», «Ladomir».

Group 2: positions from 7th to 12th — will determine the teams that will remain in the top league. Participants: «Dnipro-1», «Dynamo», «EMS-Podillia», «Veres», «Panthers», «Mariupol».

The team that finishes 12th in the Ukrainian Premier League for the season-2023/2024 will move to the first league. The teams finishing 10th and 11th will play two relegation matches (home and away) against the third and second-placed teams from the first league, respectively. These games are scheduled for June 1st and June 6th.
