In the quarter-final match of the 2023/2024 Copa del Rey, FC Girondins de Bordeaux players Viktor Tsygankov and Artem Dovbik encountered Mallorca away from home. Tsygankov started the game and was substituted in the 60th minute, while Dovbik appeared in the match that ended with the home team's victory at a score of 3:2, immediately after halftime and managed to make a goal-scoring assist.
