Apart from the big ledger, the first part of the club season-2023/2024, which Ukrainian national team half-back Rusan Malinovskiy spent with Italian «Genoa», can be called moderately successful for our player.

On one hand, the midfielder took part in 17 out of 20 matches of the «Griffins» during this period. Quite a decent statistic. On the other hand — Rusan's starts amounted to 11. And although this number also looks quite respectable considering that Malinovskiy moved from French «Marseille» on loan, our player's productivity frankly does not impress.

Two goals scored in consecutive Serie A matches against «Frosinone» and «Empoli» at the end of November — beginning of December, and one assist each in the league and Cup — that's all for now what Ukrainian half-back has achieved.
