On December 11, the draw for the final tournament of the first-ever Women's Nations League and the play-off matches took place.

From February 23 to 28, four group winners from League A (Spain, Netherlands, Germany, France) will compete for the title of the first Women's Nations League champion. The final stage will be played in a single-elimination format.

The finalists will join France at the Olympics (Paris 2024). If France reaches the Nations League final, its spot will go to the tournament's bronze medalist.

Also, it was determined the pairs for promotion/relegation matches between teams from Leagues A, B, and C. All games will take place from February 21 to 28.

The Ukraine women's national team will face Bulgaria in the play-off matches. The Ukrainians were seeded, so their first match will be away.

According to the official website of the All-Ukrainian Association of Women's Football, the game between Bulgaria and Ukraine is scheduled for February 23 in the Bulgarian town of Kırklareli at the central stadium "Arda Arena". The start time will be announced later. The return match between Ukraine and Bulgaria will take place on February 27.
