In the final match of the 17th round of Spain's La Liga, "Girona" hosted "Alavés" with Ukrainian national team players Viktor Tsygankov and Artem Dovbik in action.

The half-back missed the game due to an injury, while the forward started and scored two goals (one from a penalty), helping his team secure a 3-0 victory. Now, Dovbik has 10 successful shots for Girona in the 2023/2024 season.

With 44 points, the Catalans currently hold first place in the league table of Spain's top division.
