"Olympiakos" (Greece) — "Ferencváros" (Hungary)

The first matches will take place on February 15, 2024, with the return matches a week later, on February 22.

Winners of the knockout round matches join the eight group winners in the Conference League Round of 16. These are "Lille" (France), "Hapoel" T-A (Israel), "Viktoria Plzeň" (Czech Republic), "Club Brugge" (Belgium), "Aston Villa" (England), "Fiorentina" (Italy), PAOK (Greece), and "Fenerbahçe" (Turkey).
