In the second round of qualification, seven teams will join Sweden in the final stage of the European Championship for girls under 17 years old, as well as teams moving between leagues. The seeding during the draw for the second round was determined by the positions teams finished in the first round.

In League A, 28 teams are playing in seven groups, including seven teams that advanced from League B based on their results in the first round. Seven group winners in League A during the second round (and the best runner-up if Sweden finishes first in its group) will qualify for the final stage, which will take place from May 5 to May 18, 2024. Teams finishing fourth in their groups will start the season-2024/2025 in League B.

In League B, 22 teams are competing in six groups (four with four participants and two with three) for spots in League A of the next round.

As a reminder, Ukraine's WU-17 girls' team secured third place in their group during the first round and retained their spot in League A. Based on the draw results, Sergei Sapronov's wards were placed in Group A5, where they will play against Spain, Netherlands, and Turkey.
