The ceremony, which will start at 10:30 AM Kyiv time, will determine the group compositions for both leagues and hosts of mini-tournaments. This is according to the official UEFA website.

In the second qualifying round, seven national teams that will join Sweden in the final stage of the European Championship among women's under-17 teams are determined, as well as the teams moving from one league to another. The seeding for the draw of the second round will be based on the positions the teams held at the end of the first round.

In League A, 28 teams compete in seven groups, including seven teams that advanced from League B following the results of the first round. The seven group winners in League A during the second qualifying round (and the best runner-up if Sweden finishes first in their group) will qualify for the final stage, which will take place between May 5 and 18, 2024. Teams finishing fourth in their groups will start the season-2024/2025 in League B.

In League B, 22 teams compete in six groups (four with four participants each, two with three) for promotion to League A in the next qualifying round.

As a reminder, Ukraine's women's under-17 team secured third place in their group during the first round and retained their position in League A.

Pot 3 (third-placed teams in groups): Scotland, Belgium, Czech Republic, Iceland, Switzerland, Greece, Ukraine.

Pot 4 (promoted from League B): Croatia, Wales, Slovakia, Turkey, Serbia, Kosovo, North Macedonia.

League B

Pot 1: Belarus, Romania, Ireland, Bulgaria, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Northern Ireland.

Pot 2: Slovenia, Israel, Faroe Islands, Malta, Montenegro, Estonia.
