After overcoming the main round, the Ukrainian champion advanced to the elite stage, where 16 clubs are divided into four groups of four participants each. By the draw, «ХІТ» ended up in Group D alongside Spanish «Palma» (home team), Croatian «Olmissum», and Polish «Lubawa». Winners of each of the four quartets in the elite round will advance to the final stage, which will take place in May 2024.

In the opening match against «Lubawa», Kyivans had a noticeable advantage in the first half. On the seventh minute, Zhuk put our team ahead after taking advantage of Seriy's pass and finding himself in front of the goalkeeper. Soon, the Poles equalized — Pedro Silva scored between Sukhov's legs. Then, Ukrainians hit the crossbar several times before Abakshin scored on the 17th minute following a throw-in from Shermetya.

In the early second half, Seriy increased «ХІТ»'s lead with a powerful shot from distance after receiving a pass from Ponomakhov from the corner. «Lubawa» took control and responded with several dangerous attacks but failed to breach Sukhov's defense. Instead, on the 33rd minute, Zhurba launched Abakshin into a counterattack, who then completed his brace.

Near the end of the match, «Lubawa»'s coach brought in their fifth substitute, which paid off — Rashkovsky and Kanevsky narrowed the gap to a minimum. Then, Claudinho and Pedro Silva scored, thus turning the game around for Poland within two minutes.

After absorbing the blow, «ХІТ» managed to equalize — after intercepting, Chernyavsky from Ponomakhov's pass scored without a chance for the goalkeeper. However, on the last minute of the match, Kanevsky scored again and secured victory for «Lubawa» — 6:5.

The next match against Croatian «Olmissum» will be played by Oleh Lukyanenko's wards on November 30 (kickoff at 17:00 Kyiv time).
