In the first stage, twelve teams competed in a single round-robin format. The sporting achievements earned during the first stage will be preserved.

Based on the results of the first stage, two groups of six teams each were formed according to their standings for further competition over two rounds (home and away) as per the approved schedule.

Group 1: Positions from 1st to 6th — will determine the champion, prize winners of the Premier League, and two teams that will participate in the UEFA Women's Champions League-2024/2025. Participants: "Kryvbas", "Vorskla", "Kolos", "Zhiltobud-1", "Shakhtar", "Ladomir".

Group 2: Positions from 7th to 12th — will determine the teams that will remain in the Premier League. Participants: "Dnipro-1", "Dynamo", "EMS-Podillya", "Veres", "Panthers", "Mariupol".

The team finishing 12th at the end of the Ukrainian Women's Premier League season 2023/2024 will be relegated to the First League. The teams finishing in 10th and 11th places will play two relegation matches (home and away) against the third and second-placed teams from the First League, respectively.
