Matches of the 10th round of the Ukrainian Women's Premier League for the 2023/2024 season took place from November 3 to November 6.

Standings and top scorers

In the first stage, 12 teams will play a round-robin tournament. The sporting results achieved in the first stage will be preserved.

Based on the standings at the end of the first stage, two groups of six teams each will be formed to play two additional rounds (home and away) according to the approved schedule.

Group 1: Positions from 1st to 6th — will determine the champion and prize winners of the Premier League, as well as two teams that will participate in the UEFA Women's Champions League-2024/2025.

Group 2: Positions from 7th to 12th — will determine the teams remaining in the Premier League.

The team that finishes in 12th place at the end of the Ukrainian Women's Premier League for the 2023/2024 season will move down to the First League. Teams finishing in 10th and 11th places will play two relegation matches (home and away) against teams that finish third and second, respectively, in the First League.
