Rebrov has extensive coaching experience. At different times, he coached Kyiv's "Dynamo", "Al-Ahli" (Saudi Arabia), "Ferencváros" (Hungary) and "Al-Ain" (UAE). He was among the top 50 coaches in the world for both 2015 and 2016 according to FourFourTwo magazine.
