First, the players from "Dynamo" and "Shakhtar" trained, who played in their clubs a bit earlier. The boys performed exercises aimed at recovery and prevention of possible injuries. Immediately after them, a group consisting mainly of foreign-based players, including Illiy Zabarny, Mykhailo Mudryk, and Artem Dovbyk, who arrived at the hotel late last night, trained. Since most of these national team members recently played full matches, they had fewer high-intensity exercises, with some replaced by cardio.

Serhiy Krivtsov and Oleksandr Pihalonenko did not participate in the morning fitness session as they arrived at the team's location only around 10 a.m., so they needed rest from their journey. Immediately after lunch, Oleksandr Zinchenko joined the national team; he played 75 minutes in Arsenal's victorious match against his former club Manchester City (1:0).

Together with the rest of his teammates, the newcomer will travel to the Stragovsky Stadium this evening where yesterday the blue-and-yellow team already conducted their first recovery training session.
