It has become known from open sources that today the FIFA Council may adopt a decision to allow Russian teams up to 17 years old to participate in international competitions.

In connection with this, the UAF reminds of its clear and uncompromising position: we categorically condemn the corresponding decision of the UEFA Executive Committee, as well as any potential similar decision by the FIFA Council.

Comprehensive arguments and evidence regarding the impermissibility of adopting such decisions were, in particular, presented in the official appeal of the UAF to FIFA, UEFA, and member associations of UEFA, which was sent to them yesterday.

The UAF also calls on all national associations to boycott attempts to return teams from the country of aggression to international competitions.
