— reviewing the materials regarding the expulsion of FC "Shakhtar" (Donetsk) footballer Yaroslav Rakitskyi during the match of the 8th round of the UPL "Rukh" (Lviv) — "Shakhtar" (Donetsk), which took place on September 23, suspended the player from participating in matches for two games (for a serious game violation), one of which conditionally;

— reviewing the materials regarding the match of the 8th round of the UPL "LNZ" (Cherkasy) — "Dynamo" (Kyiv), which took place on September 23, in particular regarding the violation by FC "LNZ" (Cherkasy) of Additional Security Measures for Organizing and Conducting Football Matches in Ukraine Among Professional Football Clubs Under Martial Law (violation of requirements to conduct a match without spectators), obligated FC "LNZ" (Cherkasy) to pay an obligatory monetary contribution in the amount of 150,000 UAH and conditionally prohibited the use of the home stadium for two matches;

— for violating Additional Security Measures for Organizing and Conducting Football Matches in Ukraine Among Professional Football Clubs Under Martial Law during the match of the 8th round of the UPL "Obolon" (Kyiv) — "Veres" (Rivne), which took place on September 22, specifically — for a repeated violation of requirements to conduct a match without spectators, obligated FC "Obolon" (Kyiv) to pay an obligatory monetary contribution in the amount of 15,000 UAH;

— for violating Additional Security Measures for Organizing and Conducting Football Matches in Ukraine Among Professional Football Clubs Under Martial Law during the match of the 8th round of the UPL "Polesye" (Zhytomyr) — "Mykolaiv" (Mykolaiv), which took place on September 23, specifically — for a repeated violation of requirements to conduct a match without spectators, obligated FC "Polesye" (Zhytomyr) to pay an obligatory monetary contribution in the amount of 25,000 UAH.

The UAF once again draws attention to the fact that according to point 1.4 of Additional Security Measures for Organizing and Conducting Football Matches in Ukraine Among Professional Football Clubs Under Martial Law matches are conducted without spectators.

In addition, according to the decision of the Executive Committee of the UAF during the period of martial law, funds received by the UAF as obligatory monetary contributions from clubs pursuant to decisions of the Control and Disciplinary and Appeals Committees of the UAF are transferred to the United24 platform.
