In yesterday's Euro 2024 qualifier in Group C, the Ukrainian team lost to Italy in Milan — 1:2. The only goal scored by Ukraine was from Andriy Yarmolenko, who fans named "Man of the Match."

After the match, the award winner commented on the prize and the game.

"Firstly, thank you for this award. It was a tough match; given that we played two days after our third meeting with England, it's hard to compete against such an opponent as Italy. Fatigue probably had some impact.

The result of the game. In football, there are wins and losses — what matters most is moving forward and drawing conclusions. Nothing has ended for us — the most interesting part begins now. We will draw conclusions, analyze this match at our next training session. We will work hard and move on.
