Today the blue-and-yellow team held two training sessions in Poland. The morning session took place at the familiar "Fair play arena" stadium, which was built in Tychy for Euro-2012.

The workout started with work on fast stations, after which the team was divided by the coaching staff into two groups: one worked on defensive actions, while the other focused on attacking play.

For the evening training, the national team traveled 30 km to the town of Zmigrod, to the stadium of MKS Piast, which plays in the fourth league of Poland. The field conditions and the small but quiet stadium made a positive impression on the Ukrainians.

During the evening session, players focused more on team actions within the tactical models that the coaching staff is working on for the upcoming game.

To observe the training of blue-and-yellow, local football academy students had the opportunity. The children enthusiastically reacted to successful actions of Ukrainian players, shouting out names they know well. The surname "Mudryk" was heard most often. After the training, the team members found time to take photos and leave their autographs for young footballers.
