On September 4, the Ukraine national team continued their preparation in Poland for upcoming Euro-2024 qualification matches against England and Italy. The morning was dedicated to fitness training sessions, while a full-scale practice took place in the evening. Midfielder Yegor Nazarina shared details about the camp's activities.

"I am very happy with my first call-up to the national team. It is a great honor and pride for me to represent Ukraine, especially at this difficult time."

Regarding the challenging journey to the camp— you know where you are going, so the trip takes second place. We traveled here after the match in Uzhhorod. We went through Jaszowiec on our way to Wrocław, where we spent the night. But everything is good here; everyone is happy to be at the national team's base, seeing each other again, so we work with a positive attitude and prepare for important matches. We understand that the work will not be easy.

I have not yet had a conversation with the head coach, but it is still ahead of me. Like everyone else, I look forward to positive results from future matches. As for our opponents, experience shows that favorites do not always win in football. We will believe in ourselves and hope for a positive result,"— said Yegor Nazarina.
