Many of the training participants already have professional contracts and work in Ukrainian clubs.

In congratulating the graduates who received their diplomas, Vadim Kostyuchenko wished them professional success and high achievements with their respective FCs and highlighted the importance of preparing such specialists for the future of our football: "It would not be an exaggeration to say that the specialty of coach-analyst is one of the most sought after among Ukrainian clubs today. At the initiative of the coaching staff headed by Serhiy Rebrov, relevant innovations and standards are now being introduced across all levels of the national teams. Each team will also have scouting specialists working. This is especially important in the context of a mass exodus of our young football talents abroad with the beginning of full-scale Russian invasion. If about two thousand left, only approximately 20% returned. Accordingly, special attention needs to be paid to candidates for the national teams who remain outside Ukraine. The 'Football Management' program is also important and is part of future plans for preparing future specialists. I sincerely wish graduates further career growth and victories for Ukrainian football."

We remind you that at the initiative of the head coach of the national team, Serhiy Rebrov, from August 11 to 13 in Uzhhorod, the first training seminar for coaches of all Ukrainian teams was held. The purpose of this seminar was to establish interaction between coaches of the national, youth, and junior teams. The meeting was filled with workshops, lectures, and individual seminars aimed at laying the foundation for successful cooperation among all specialists of the teams and a strong positive synergy in the team as a whole. During the event, much attention was also paid to the methodological aspect.
