— after reviewing the materials regarding the dismissal of FC "Kryvbas" (Kryvyi Rih) footballer Dmytro Khomchenovskyy during the match of the 4th round of the UPL between FC "Kryvbas" (Kryvyi Rih) and FC "Shakhtar" (Donetsk), which took place on August 20, suspended the player from participating in matches for two games, one of which is conditional;

— after reviewing the materials regarding the dismissal of FC "Shakhtar" (Donetsk) footballer Artem Bondarenko during the match of the 4th round of the UPL between FC "Kryvbas" (Kryvyi Rih) and FC "Shakhtar" (Donetsk), which took place on August 20, suspended the player from participating in matches for two games. It is also noted that the footballer had a conditional sanction (for serious game misconduct) during the match of the 2nd round of the UPL between FC "Vorzel" (Rivne) and FC "Shakhtar" (Donetsk), which took place on August 2. The KDK of the UAFA suspended the player from participating in matches for two games, one of which was conditional. Considering that Artem Bondarenko committed a repeated violation, he will miss three matches;

— after reviewing the materials regarding the dismissal of FC "Vorzel" (Rivne) footballer Maxim Marusich during the match of the 4th round of the UPL between FC "Vorzel" (Rivne) and FC "Vorskla" (Poltava), which took place on August 19, suspended the player from participating in matches for two games, one of which is conditional;

— after reviewing the materials regarding the dismissal of FC "Shakhtar" (Donetsk) footballer Giorgi Gocholishvili during the match of the 5th round of the UPL between FC "Kolos" (Kovalivka) and FC "Shakhtar" (Donetsk), which took place on August 27, suspended the player from participating in matches for two games;

— after reviewing the materials regarding the dismissal of FC "Zvyahel" Anton Yashkov during the match of the fourth preliminary stage of the Cup of Ukraine season-2023/2024 between FC "Zvyahel" and FC "Obolon" (Kyiv), which took place on August 23, suspended the player from participating in matches for four games, two of which are conditional.

It is noted that the above-mentioned individuals continued their activities in the Russian federation, which was recognized as a terrorist state (aggressor state) by the Law of Ukraine "On Prohibiting Propaganda of the Russian Nazi Totalitarian Regime, Armed Aggression of the Russian Federation as a State-Terrorist Against Ukraine, and Symbols of Military Invasion of the Russian Nazi Totalitarian Regime in Ukraine" after the full-scale invasion of RF into Ukraine (24.02.2022).
