Bohdan Mishenko: "A goal against 'LNZ' is one of the most desired in my career"

In the fourth preliminary round of the Vbet Cup of Ukraine, first league team "Victoria" defeated UPL representative "LNZ" — 1:0.
The author of the winning goal, defensive midfielder Bogdan Mishenko, commented on the official website of the UAFA about what helped "Victoria" to triumph in Cherkasy:
"“Scoring against 'LNZ' was one of my most desired goals while playing for Ukrainian teams. The reason is that I was born in Cherkasy, and it felt good to remind the locals about myself.
Especially since the goal came from a tough situation during a set piece play. I found myself in the right place at the right time.
What can explain 'Victoria's' successful start in the first league and in the Cup? It’s hard to believe, but the coaching staff led by Anatoliy Bezsmertnyi only started assembling the team from scratch about two months ago. Now, however, 'Victoria' is a united group where no one pulls the blanket over their own side; instead, everyone does what it takes to benefit the team. 'Victoria' is strong above all as a team, and this was evident in our match against 'LNZ.'
What’s next? Of course, we hope to stay on the cup run for as long as possible. The next opponent will be even stronger, but that doesn’t scare us. We calmly await the draw results, and then Anatoliy Bezsmertny with his assistants will tell us what needs to be done to overcome the next obstacle...”
