In the third qualifying round match of the 2023/2024 Champions League, Polish Raków met with local AEL on Cyprus, fielding Ukrainian international defender Vladyslav Kochergin.

In the third qualifying round match of the 2023/2024 Champions League, Polish Raków Kraków, with Ukrainian national team half-back Vladyslav Kocherhin on Cyprus, faced local side AEL Limassol.
Our player started and played until the 86th minute of the match, which ended in a 1-0 victory for the visitors.
Considering that the first match, in Poland, was won by the hosts, it was the team with the Ukrainian player that advanced directly to the play-off round of the Champions League, where they will face the winner of the Sparta Prague (Czech Republic) – Copenhagen (Denmark) tie.
