This year's national Cup draw will start with the round of 16, in which twelve teams from the top league and four teams from the first league will participate.

At the first stage (round of 16), a seeding draw was conducted according to the ranking determined by the results of the Ukrainian Championship season-2022/2023: 1st-8th places — seeded teams, the rest — unseeded. From the round of 8 onwards, there will be random draws. The home team is the one playing in a lower league.
