The draw was conducted by the leaders of the UPL (Yevgen Dykyi) and PFL (Oleksandr Kadynko), as well as First Vice President of the UAF Oleg Protasov, reports the official website of the UPL.

We remind you that according to Article 5, Paragraph 10 of the Regulations for Competitions of the UPL season-2022/2023 and Article 9, Paragraph 3 of the Regulations for Competitions of the PFL season-2022/2023, "the participant whose main team finishes in 13th place in the final league table of the UPL must play two playoff matches against a team that finished fourth in the final league table of the first division championship of the PFL."

"The participant whose main team finishes in 14th place in the final league table of the UPL must play two playoff matches for the right to participate in the UPL next season against a team that finished third in the final league table of the first division championship of the PFL."

In the first league for the season-2022/2023, the third place was taken by "LNZ" (Cherkasy), and fourth place by "Metallurg" (Zaporizhzhia). The final version of the league table in the UPL will be formed after the matches of the 30th round (4 June).

In case players from teams participating in the playoff matches are called up to the national and/or youth teams of Ukraine, the playoff matches will take place on 8 and 12 June.
