The PFL of Ukraine has determined the dates for the transitional matches to determine which team will play in the first league next season. On June 3rd and 10th, the seventh-placed team from the "relegation group" in the first league will face off against a club that finishes second in the second league. By the way, the first match will take place on the home field of the lower division team.

If the tournament winner was determined prematurely (it became Buzivska "Niva"), then four participants are competing for the second position. Two of them met today in Huszt, where the hosts faced "Zviahel". Already in the beginning, the guests went ahead: Maxim Aver'yanov scored a penalty kick in the style of legendary Antonin Panenka. But shortly after, Vladyslav Borisenko restored parity. The rivals continued to play with open defenses and exchanged goals before halftime following accurate shots from unyielding Aver'yanov and Borisenko.

And in the second half, dangerous moments frequently occurred near both teams' goalposts, but the finishing touches were inaccurate. The draw, 2-2, was no small relief for "Huszt" and "Zviahel's" competitors.

Vinnytsia "Niva" guaranteed itself a victory over "Metallurh-2" (3-0) in the middle of the first half when Artur Zagorulko completed his hat-trick. By the way, this allowed the playing president of FC "Niva", with 14 goals, to once again become the leader in the battle among top scorers.

The third consecutive victory, this time over "Vast", was recorded by "Chayka" (2-0), moving them up to third place. The decisive battle for second position will only be decided after the final round.
