The rescheduled match of the first round between "Dnipro-1" and "Oleksandria" in Uzhhorod took place. The game started on November 23, but was soon interrupted due to an air raid warning. According to a decision by the UPF Directorate, as it was impossible to continue the match, its replay was postponed until 2023.
Today, May 11, the teams met on the football field again. The rivals exchanged goals with Dovbik scoring from a penalty and Kovalets after Ribal's set piece — 1:1. Thus, the Dnipropetrovsk team lost their chance to catch up with "Shakhtar" in the league table.
Both teams fielded players who were called up for the last national team training camp: for "Dnipro-1" — Svatok, Sarapiy, Pikhalonok, Dovbik (goal); for "Oleksandria" — Shevchenko, Myroshnychenko.
