For the first time in the history of Ukrainian women's football, clubs from the Premier League will compete to determine two teams that will represent Ukraine in next season's Women's Champions League: the champion team will start their campaign at the first qualifying stage of the Champions Path, while the second-placed team will play in the first round of the Association Path.

The team finishing 12th in the Ukrainian Premier League for the season 2022/2023 will be relegated to the First League.
