The Ukraine electronic football team secured third place in the FIFAe Nations Cup 2023 play-in stage

Last Friday, March 3rd, the Ukraine eFootball team in the FIFA discipline completed the third qualifying week for the World Cup — the FIFAe Nations Cup 2023.

This is the final game week for the blue and yellow team in the play-in round, which has been ongoing since December 2022 and takes place in a 2vs2 format using FIFA 23 on the PS5 platform.

Oleksandr CIG Grishay Gryshai and Andriy CIG ST92 Shakalov, representing Ukraine, started their game day with a decisive victory over Switzerland, whom they lost to yesterday — 6:0.

The Ukrainian eFootball players continued their winning streak by defeating Georgia — 2:1. The Poles somewhat marred our boys' statistics by securing a narrow win — 1:0.

However, the end of the game day was in favor of Ukraine's team, which avenged Greece for six goals conceded on Wednesday — 3:1.

Thus, Ukraine's current play-in round in the second division ended with their team finishing third in the group with 12 points.

We remind you that already in April, the Ukrainian team will participate in the main qualifying round for the FIFAe Nations Cup 2023 World Cup.
