According to the approved Women's Football Committee of the UAF and ratified by the Executive Committee of the UAF Unified Calendar of Events for Women's Football in 2023, the blue-and-yellow team plans to hold a winter training camp (February 12–23). Negotiations are currently underway with potential opponents for friendly matches. Additionally, there are plans for international friendlies and unofficial matches from April 2–13 (options include traveling to Slovakia and Estonia) and July 9–19.

In the fall, under the supervision of Luis Cortes, the national team will face a test in the inaugural edition of the UEFA Nations League. The Ukrainian team is likely to compete in League B. The final distribution of places in the leagues will be published before the draw, which will take place on May 2.

In 2023, participants in the UEFA Nations League are scheduled to have six match windows: September 20–22 and 23–26, October 25–27 and 28–31, November 29 — December 1, and December 2–5.
