According to the approved Women's Football Committee of the UAF and ratified by the Executive Board of the UAF Unified Calendar of Events for Women's Football in 2023, the 12th round is scheduled for March 12 (base date), with the tournament finale on May 27.

We remind you that 12 teams will play according to a standard format in two rounds: 11 matches in the first round, which concluded at the beginning of December, followed by another 11 matches already this spring of 2023.

For the first time in the history of domestic women's football, clubs in the top league are competing to determine two teams that will represent Ukraine in next season’s Women's Champions League: the country's champion will start their campaign at the first qualifying stage of the Champions Path, while the team finishing second in the championship will play in the first round of the Representatives Path.

The team occupying 12th place in the Ukrainian Premier League for the season-2022/2023 will be relegated to the First League.
