The competition will take place in a "2vs2" format on the PlayStation 5 platform using FIFA 23 (team compositions — Ultimate Team mode).

A total of 21 teams and 42 players have registered for the tournament. However, due to an energy crisis caused by Russian terrorist attacks in the country, five teams were forced to withdraw from participation.

The selection process will take place over three days within the upper and lower brackets under a Double Elimination system (up to two losses) in BO3 format (Best Of 3). Starting from the third round of the upper bracket and the fifth round of the lower bracket, the winner of each match series will be determined by the BO3 format with matches played in BO2 format (goals scored in each match are summed up). Thus, to advance to the next round, a team must win two games out of the BO2 series.

Based on the draw results, the initial matchups for the tournament have been determined:

The broadcast of the selection matches for the Ukrainian national team in e-football is scheduled to begin on November 30 (from 12:00) and will be aired on the YouTube channel of the Ukrainian Football Association.
