The ceremony, which will begin at 11:00 AM Kyiv time, will determine the group compositions of both leagues and hosts of mini-tournaments, UEFA's official website reports.

In the second qualifying round, seven national teams that will join Estonia in the final stage of the European Championship for girls under 17 years old will be determined, as well as teams moving from one league to another. The seeding for the draw of the second round will be based on the positions the teams held at the end of the first round.

In League A, twenty-eight teams are playing in seven groups, including seven national teams that advanced from League B following the results of the first round. Seven group winners of the second round in League A (and the best runner-up if Estonia finishes first in their group) will qualify for the final stage, which will take place from May 14 to 26, 2023. Teams finishing fourth in their groups will start the 2023/2024 season in League B.

In League B, including teams that were relegated after the autumn stage of League A, six groups (two with four participants each and four with three) are competing for spots in next year's first round of League A.

As a reminder, Ukraine's women's national team finished last in their group during the first round and was relegated to League B.

Pot 3 (third-placed teams in groups): Hungary, Belgium, Austria, Italy, Serbia, Estonia (host of the final stage), Sweden.

Pot 4 (promoted from League B): Belarus, North Macedonia, Croatia, Slovakia, Wales, Romania, Kosovo.

League B

Pot 1 (relegated from League A): Bosnia and Herzegovina, Greece, Northern Ireland, Iceland, Ukraine, Scotland.

Pot 2a: Faroe Islands, Latvia, Israel, Kazakhstan.

Pot 2b: Turkey, Luxembourg. 

Pot 3a: Bulgaria, Azerbaijan, Montenegro, Lithuania.

Pot 3b: Armenia, Albania, Georgia, Moldova.

In League B, the pots are divided into sub-pots to ensure that teams who played in groups of three participants during the first round now play in groups of four and vice versa.
