The next "Open Football Lessons" were held in Mukachevo, this time in Rakovshchyna for children from the Veliky Lukach community.
The location for the joint project of the Ukrainian Football Association and international partners, the UEFA Children's Fund and the Association of Cross-Cultural Projects (Denmark), was not chosen by chance. After all, it is in Rakovshchyna that famous football brothers — Tibery, Adalbert, and Ivan — began their careers. Moreover, another well-known football expert — Omelian Horvat — also comes from here. The event itself was held at the stadium named after Oleksandr Kogutych — another famous Ukrainian Rakovshchyna football player.

The festival was opened with the performance of the Ukrainian National Anthem by a displaced person from Poltava, Margarita Ivanova. The rich program was implemented under the auspices of the Zakarpattya Football Association and in cooperation with the Mukachevo District Football Association, volunteers, deputies of the oblast council, and the leadership of the Mukachevo District Council. Among those who visited the children were the head of the Mukachevo District Council Mykhailo Lanyo, the head of the Zakarpattya Football Association Ivan Duran, his deputy Viktor Nasaklov, a member of the oblast council Vladimir Pauleo, the head of the Mukachevo District Football Association Yaroslav Kozik, the head of the Veliky Lukach community Vasyl Koshtura, his deputies Omelian Paida and Ivan Zozulya, and the head of the education department of the local community Marina Rubish.

According to the organizers, almost 150 boys and girls from ten educational institutions of the community participated in the event. At six locations, they were divided into twelve teams and learned football elements, played matches, pulled a rope, and took part in relay races. Security training was conducted by representatives of the police and State Emergency Service. The children appreciated the efforts of the adults. For example, Veronika Lazarska, a student from Veliky Lukach School I–III grades, said she learned "a lot of interesting and useful things. What we went through with DSNSS may come in handy. And sports... This is all useful. I really enjoyed it. Many new emotions." Alexander Serdyuk, a student from Ruskyvsky School I–II grades, shared: "I really like playing football with friends. Today there were very interesting relay races, rope pulling, and football. For me, this was a lesson."
As usual, after the event, children were waiting for various gifts and photos as souvenirs.
