In particular, the Executive Committee of the Ukrainian Football Association decided:

— considering the adoption by the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine of the draft Law of Ukraine «On Amendments to the Law of Ukraine «On Physical Culture and Sport» concerning the demarcation of sporting events and competitions», to address all involved football subjects (UPL, PFL, professional clubs) regarding the performance of necessary actions (including, in relation to concluding contractual obligations related to marketing, television, and other rights) according to the requirements of this Law of Ukraine after it comes into force;

— having heard information about the decision of the Court of Arbitration for Sport in Lausanne regarding the appeal by O. M. Sobutsky and FC «Agrobusiness» (Volykhivtsi) to the Ukrainian Football Association, to instruct the administration of the Ukrainian Football Association to address the All-Ukrainian Sports Association of Veteran Footballers with a request for immediate measures regarding the implementation of the decision of the Court of Arbitration for Sport in relation to prohibiting O. M. Sobutsky from engaging in any football-related activity for five years;

— having heard information about appeals by numerous football subjects to courts of general jurisdiction to resolve football disputes, to urge all football subjects to comply with the principles and obligations defined in the statutory documents of FIFA, UEFA, and the Ukrainian Football Association regarding the exclusive jurisdiction of bodies for the administration of football justice in resolving football disputes.
