In the first leg of the group stage of the 2022/2023 Champions League, Belgian «Brugge», featuring Ukrainian national team striker Roman Yaremchuk, defeated German «Bayern»—1:0 at home. Our footballer came on as a substitute in the 64th minute of the match. Another Ukrainian player in the home lineup, defender Eduard Sobolev, entered the game from the bench in the 89th minute of the match.
