After yesterday's loss to Spain (1:4), the blue-and-yellow team faced another very serious opponent — Italy. "Squadra Azzurra" opened the score at the 8th minute through efforts by Emmanuele Zurlo. However, just before halftime, our goalkeeper Andriy Nesyt scored an excellent goal to restore parity — 1:1.

However, in the middle of the second half's 12-minute period, Italians once again took the lead thanks to Gabriele Gori. Even more so, on the 21st minute, Dmitro Voytenko received a red card. Despite this, in the final stretch Yuri Shcheritsya equalized the chances for both teams — 2:2. Another goal by Gori was answered by Andriy Borsuk, but Ukraine's team could not match Marco Jordan and Marco Djenovali's goals.

In summary, a 3:5 loss for the Ukrainian national team.
