It is worth noting that due to an odd number of teams in the groups, the first round on July 1 will be missed by Mikola Kostenko's team. They will then play against Spain and Italy in Nazaré, while their remaining two matches against Germany and Azerbaijan will take place on September 8-9 at the second qualifying stage in Alghero, Italy.

According to the tournament format, teams that finish first in groups A and B after both qualification stages will face off in the semifinals of the EuroLeague Super Final 2022 with the teams finishing second. The winners will play in the final, while the losers will compete for third place. Teams finishing third and fourth in their qualifying groups will also compete for fifth-eighth places according to the same formula at the Super Final in Alghero on September 10-11.

It is worth noting that this year's EuroLeague Super Final will also serve as a qualifier for the European Games in Krakow, which are scheduled for 2023. Six of the best teams from the Super Final, plus Poland as hosts and winners of the Promotion Final in Division B, will qualify. If Poland qualifies for the Super Final itself, then the seventh-placed team will also go to Krakow.
