But tactics on the field — that's in the evening, while in the morning — it's the gym. Fitness trainers Ivan Bashthovy and Vyacheslav Ruzhentsev divided the team into two groups for more optimal work and individual attention to each player. The boys performed exercises to strengthen their muscle core and prevent joint injuries of the lower extremities.

Evening training always starts with a run, followed by preparatory exercises for quick work, relay races on speed and again — speed.
After this, the team once again worked on defensive actions against attacks, performed shots and worked in game series with tactical tasks.

Denys Popov is completing his rehabilitation course under the supervision of team doctor Roman Zholobaluk, who notes a positive trend in recovery. The remaining 20 boys are working at full strength, awaiting the arrival of four foreign players.
The fifth and our "foreigner," Andriy Lunin, became a father today! His wife Anastasia gifted him a newborn son-firstborn! The team warmly welcomed the Lunins in the internal messenger group: Andriy will join his teammates after the Champions League final.
