Sunday morning, the national team, like all of Ukraine, greeted with a lifted spirit. After the victory of Kalush Orchestra, which the collectors watched in a live broadcast yesterday, today everyone is talking about the song "Stephanie": some are singing it, others quoting it, and still others listening to it.

Ukraine's triumph at Eurovision is that important emotional boost that the country needs today, and the boys are aware that Ukrainians expect something similar from them.

Today's two training sessions were held on the field. In the morning, the work focused on executing and acting during standard situations, as well as working on understanding among specific units — defense and attack.

In the evening, the coaching staff once again paid attention to passing and ball control, as well as working in game series with changing tasks. At the end of the training session, the boys worked on goal kicks, including finishing crosses from the wings. Both sessions involved all 23 players currently present at the national team camp. Tomorrow around noon, three more of our legionnaires will arrive — Danylo Sikan, Taras Kachaраба, and Oleksandr Zubkov.

Together with this trio, the team will conduct a lunchtime training session on Monday, after which they will have dinner and depart for the airport. At 8:30 PM Central European Time, a charter flight from Ljubljana to Pisa is scheduled; the flight will take about an hour. From there, the blue-and-yellow team will travel by bus to Florence (90 km), where they will stay at the local Hilton hotel. On May 17th, for their game against Empoli, which is 35 km from Florence, Ukraine's national team will depart from this location.

After the match against "Empoli," the Ukrainians will return to the Hilton, and on the following morning, they will depart by charter flight to Rijeka, where they will play a friendly match with a local club.
